Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 7 September 2026 Last updated: 7 September 2026 Version: 2.0

These terms govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our site or booking with us, you accept them. Please read them properly — they set out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Who we are

Revive Medical Performance Ltd, trading as Revive Medical. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16488236.

2. About these terms

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation & Payment Policy, all published on our website.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking. Continued use of our website means you accept the current version.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Using our website

Our website is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use it unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, upload malicious code, or scrape or automatically extract its content.

We may restrict access where these terms are breached.

Website content is provided for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. Our services and your suitability

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.

Every treatment is subject to clinical assessment. Before treatment you must complete a health questionnaire and consent form honestly and in full, including all medications, supplements, allergies, and relevant medical history.

We may decline, modify, or stop a treatment at any point on clinical grounds. This includes contraindications, medication interactions, results outside safe parameters, difficulty with venous access, or anything else our clinician judges makes treatment unsafe or inappropriate. Clinical safety takes priority over a booked appointment, and our clinician's decision is final.

If you withhold or misrepresent relevant health information, we cannot be responsible for the consequences.

Our services complement NHS care — they do not replace it. We are not a substitute for your GP, emergency care, or any treatment you are receiving elsewhere. Keep your GP informed, continue prescribed medication unless your prescriber tells you otherwise, and seek urgent medical attention through NHS services if you become unwell.

5. Prescription-only treatments

Some treatments, including aesthetic treatments and hormone therapies, are prescription-only medicines. These require a consultation with a prescribing clinician before any decision to treat.

Booking or paying for a consultation does not entitle you to a prescription or a treatment. A prescription is issued only where the prescriber judges it clinically appropriate for you.

Where a prescriber decides not to proceed, you pay for the consultation only.

6. Blood tests, results, and reports

Blood tests are processed by our accredited laboratory partner. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by transport, laboratory processing, and sample quality. Occasionally a sample cannot be analysed and a repeat draw is needed.

Results and any report we provide are an assessment at a point in time. They are not a diagnosis, and they do not replace investigation or management by your GP or specialist.

Where a result requires urgent attention, we will contact you and advise the appropriate route, which may be your GP or emergency services. It remains your responsibility to act on that advice.

You should tell your GP about any significant result. With your agreement we can share results directly with them.

7. Athletes and anti-doping

If you compete under anti-doping rules, you are responsible for checking the status of anything you receive.

Intravenous infusions of more than 100ml per 12-hour period are prohibited under the WADA Prohibited List (M2 Chemical and Physical Manipulation) unless legitimately received in the course of hospital treatment, a surgical procedure, or a clinical diagnostic investigation, or covered by a Therapeutic Use Exemption.

We will discuss this with you where relevant, but the responsibility for compliance with your sport's rules sits with you. If in doubt, check with your governing body or UK Anti-Doping before booking.

8. Prices, booking, and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an appointment you have already booked and paid for.

Treatments are subject to availability.

9. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Our Cancellation & Payment Policy sets out the full terms and forms part of these terms. In summary:

  • More than 24 hours' notice — reschedule free of charge, or cancel for a full refund

  • Less than 24 hours' notice — non-refundable, but tell us before your appointment and we will move you to a new slot within 30 days at no cost

  • Not attending, or arriving too late to be treated safely — payment is lost

Where a sample has already been sent to the laboratory, that cost cannot be refunded.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Give complete and accurate health information, and tell us if it changes

  • Follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions given to you

  • Tell us promptly about any reaction or side effect

  • Arrive on time and in a fit state to be treated

  • Treat our team and other clients with respect

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to aggression, abuse, harassment, and discrimination.

11. Outcomes

We practise evidence-based medicine, and we are straight with you about what we can and cannot do. Individual responses to treatment vary. We do not guarantee any specific clinical, aesthetic, or performance outcome, and nothing on our website, social media, or in our marketing should be read as a promise of a particular result.

12. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses including loss of profit or opportunity, or for harm arising from information you withheld from us, from your failure to follow instructions given to you, or from your use of a third-party website linked from ours.

We hold appropriate medical indemnity cover for the services we provide.

13. Reviews, testimonials, photography

If you leave a review or comment, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you allow us to display it. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unlawful.

We will never use your image, results, treatment details, or story in any marketing without separate written consent from you. That consent is specific, entirely optional, refusable, and withdrawable at any time. It has no effect whatsoever on the care you receive.

Clinical photographs taken as part of your treatment record are held as confidential health data under our Privacy Policy and are not used for any other purpose without that separate consent.

14. Intellectual property

Our branding, logos, photography, written content, protocols, and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

15. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

16. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us — we would rather hear it directly.

Email info@revivemed.uk. Complaints about clinical care are reviewed by our Medical Director under our Complaints Policy, and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and keep you updated.

You may also raise concerns with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, the Care Quality Commission, or the General Medical Council.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
