Everything on this site is ours. Here's what that means, and what you can do with it.

1. Who owns the content

All content on www.revivemed.uk is owned by Revive Medical Performance Ltd (company number 16488236), or used under licence, and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international copyright law.

2. What's protected

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Written copy — service descriptions, website content, blog and social content

  • Branding — logos, wordmarks, colour system, typography, icons, site design and layout

  • Photography, video, and graphics we have commissioned or produced

  • Menus, price lists, leaflets, and in-clinic materials

  • Client-facing documents, information packs, and downloadable assets

  • Our protocols, panel structures, and the way we present and package our services

3. What you can do

You're welcome to:

  • View and share our content for personal, non-commercial use

  • Link to any page on our site

  • Quote or reference us with clear credit

You may not:

  • Copy, adapt, or republish our content for your own business or brand

  • Use our copy, designs, or images as your own

  • Remove or alter our branding or attribution

  • Suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with us without our written permission

4. Trademarks

Revive Medical® and Revive Baseline® are registered trademarks of Revive Medical Performance Ltd.

Our logo, wordmark, and wider brand assets are also our trademarks, whether registered or unregistered.

Nothing on this site grants you any right to use any of them. Using our marks, or anything confusingly similar, in connection with your own services is trademark infringement and we will act on it.

5. Third-party content

Some images, fonts, tools, and materials on this site are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their owners. Our licence does not extend to you.

Our laboratory, pharmacy, and supplier partners own their own branding and materials. Nothing here gives you any right to use those either.

6. Fair dealing

UK copyright law permits limited use of our material without permission for research and private study, for criticism, review, quotation, or news reporting with sufficient acknowledgement, and for caricature, parody or pastiche.

These are statutory exceptions and we do not seek to restrict them. We simply ask that where you rely on one, you credit us accurately and do not present our material in a way that misleads people about what we do or implies we endorse you.

7. Content you share with us

If you leave a review, send us a testimonial, or tag us in a post, you confirm the content is yours to share, and you allow us to display or repost it with credit.

This does not extend to anything about your care. We will never use your image, results, treatment details, or story in our marketing without separate written consent from you, given specifically for that purpose. That consent is optional, refusable, and can be withdrawn at any time, and it has no effect on the care you receive. This applies even if you have posted the content publicly or tagged us yourself.

Ask us to take something down and we will.

8. Reporting infringement

If you think we've used your work without permission, email info@revivemed.uk with your name and contact details, a description of the work, the exact URL on our site where it appears, and confirmation that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner. We will investigate promptly and remove anything we shouldn't be using.

If you're using our work without permission, we'll ask you to stop and remove it. Where that doesn't happen, we will pursue it, including through the courts where necessary.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
