We do not sell IgG food intolerance tests. The science behind them does not hold up, and we will not take your money for a result you cannot trust.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET
The lab sends back a dense clinical document, allergen by allergen, that is unreadable unless you do this for a living. That is where we come in.
Your doctor turns it into a written report you can use: what you react to, how serious it is, what is a true allergy versus a harmless cross-reaction, and exactly what to do next. Every test on this page includes that review and report. Always.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
MEDICINE HAS RULES. HERE ARE OURS.
16 and over. We do not test under 16s.
Not an emergency service. If you have had a severe reaction or anaphylaxis, you need an NHS allergy clinic, and we will help you get there.
Confirmation tests. A positive result sometimes needs a follow-up test, which can carry an extra lab charge. Your doctor tells you before anything is run.
Alongside the NHS, never instead of it. If your results need NHS care, we say so and support the referral.
Doctor oversight. All testing is overseen by our Medical Director, Dr Louise O'Gorman, GMC 7404743.
No skin prick prep needed. Blood IgE testing is not affected by antihistamines, so you do not have to stop them first.
QUESTIONS
THE THINGS PEOPLE ASK.

No. Unlike a skin prick test, blood IgE testing is not affected by antihistamines. Keep taking your usual medication and come in as normal.

Dr Louise will offer you a follow up appointment or a free review appointment if you got our Get Optimised panel, and personally walk through it. No red-marker panic emails.

Most panels return in around six working days from the lab. The full ALEX screen takes longer, roughly 17 to 20 days, because it screens over 280 allergens. Your written report follows once the doctor has reviewed everything.

If you want the full picture in one go, ALEX is the broad screen. If you already have a strong idea of the trigger, a targeted panel is faster and cheaper. Not sure? Book a consultation and the doctor picks the right one for your symptoms.

We test from age 16. For younger children, speak to your GP, who can refer to an NHS paediatric allergy service.

Only with your consent. We work alongside your GP and the NHS, and if your results need NHS care we will support the referral.
